   53-8-25.    (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Sale of real property on premises; petition; order; advertisement and notice 
        Any executor, administrator, or other trustee who by law is managing  any trust estate or fund under the supervision of the judge of the  probate court may sell, on the premises, any real property located in  this state if, upon petition, the judge in the exercise of sound  discretion, deems that it is for the best interest of the beneficiaries  that the real property be so sold and so directs by order entered on the  minutes.
