53-9-25. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Accounting by conservator to administrator or executor of estate of missing person


If a missing person is declared legally dead and his will is probated or administration is had upon his estate, the conservator shall account to the administrator or the executor of the estate of the missing person in the manner set forth in Code Section 53-9-26.
