   7-1-628.12.    Reports required of out-of-state state banks 
      The  commissioner may require an out-of-state state bank that maintains or  seeks to establish a branch in this state to submit to the department  its consolidated reports of condition and income in the form specified  by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
