   7-1-707.2.    Denial of licensing or registration to applicants employing individuals subject to cease and desist orders 
      The  department may not issue a license or registration to an applicant and  may revoke a license from a licensee or a registration from a registrant  if such person employs any other person against whom a final cease and  desist order has been issued within the preceding five years if such  order was based on a violation of this article.
