     [§10-10]  Administrator; appointment, tenure, removal.  The board by a majority vote, shall appoint an administrator who shall serve without regard to the provisions of chapter 76 for a term to be determined by the board.  The board, by a two-thirds vote of all members to which it is entitled, may remove the administrator for cause at any time.
