§10-23 - Authorization of office projects and revenue bonds. - Hawaii Statutes

     [§10-23]  Authorization of office projects and revenue bonds.  Authorization of construction, maintenance, or both, of an office project or projects and authorization for issuance of revenue bonds under this part shall be by resolution or resolutions of the board.  The resolution may be adopted at the same meeting at which it is introduced by a majority of all the members of the board then in office and shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
