§11-53 - Decision, notice; action on.
§11-53 Decision, notice; action on. Immediately upon rendering a final decision upon any appeal, the court shall notify the board of registration from which the appeal was taken; and if the decision reverses the decision of the board, the board shall immediately order the register to be corrected to conform with the decision.
