§180-10 - Adding territory; petition.

     §180-10  Adding territory; petition.  Petitions for adding territory to an existing district may be filed with the department of land and natural resources and the proceedings herein provided for the organization of a district shall be observed in such case.  Where the number of land occupier votes in the area proposed to be added is less than twenty-five, the petition may be filed when signed by a majority of such occupiers and in such case no referendum need be held.
