§266-1.6 - Hana harbor; jurisdiction. - Hawaii Statutes

     [§266-1.6]  Hana harbor; jurisdiction.  Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the department of transportation shall have jurisdiction and administrative authority over Hana harbor, excluding its small boat ramp facility.  The Hana harbor small boat ramp facility shall remain under the jurisdiction and administrative authority of the department of land and natural resources.
