     [§290-10]  Disposition of unclaimed vehicle.  Whenever a county ordinance authorizes the police or other agency designated by the mayor of the county to remove and store vehicles, a vehicle removed and stored under authority of such ordinance may be deemed to have been abandoned for the purposes of this chapter if not claimed within twenty-four hours by a person entitled to possession.  Such vehicle may be disposed of in accordance with this chapter for the disposition of abandoned vehicles.
