§330-3 - Penalty for violations. - Hawaii Statutes

     §330-3  Penalty for violations.  Any person who violates any such rule or regulation of the department of health, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500, or imprisoned not less than one month nor more than six months, or both.
