§346-33 - Assistance payments inalienable.

     §346-33  Assistance payments inalienable.  Assistance payments and compensation paid by the department of human services to blind persons and other persons for work performed in their homes or in workshops shall be inalienable by any assignment, sale, attachment, garnishment, execution, or otherwise.
