§356D-54 - Sheriff or police to assist.

     [§356D-54]  Sheriff or police to assist.  The authority, in taking, seizing, holding, retaining, or selling any personal property pursuant to sections 356D-52 and 356D-53, may require the assistance of the sheriff or any authorized police officer of any county.  Any sheriff or officer, when required, shall assist the authority.
