     [§414-6]  Department director; powers.  The director of commerce and consumer affairs for the State of Hawaii has the power reasonably necessary to perform the duties required of the department director by this chapter, and to administer this chapter efficiently.  The department director shall adopt necessary rules, subject to chapter 91.
