§415A-30 - Effect of repeal of prior acts.

     [§415A-30]  Effect of repeal of prior acts.  The repeal of a prior act by this chapter shall not affect the validity of any provisions of articles of incorporation and bylaws which were adopted, any right accrued or established, or any liability or penalty incurred, under the provisions of such act, prior to the repeal thereof.
