§437D-11 - Acknowledgment by lessee. - Hawaii Statutes

     [§437D-11]  Acknowledgment by lessee.  No lessor shall rent a motor vehicle to a lessee until the lessee has acknowledged that the lessee understands the information described in section 437D-5(a)(1), (2), (3), (5), and (6), and that restrictions or conditions apply.  The acknowledgment shall be written in plain language on the rental agreement and signed by the lessee.
