     [§454F-20]  Report to Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.  Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the commissioner is required to regularly report violations of this chapter, as well as enforcement actions and other relevant information, to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System subject to the confidentiality provisions contained in section 454F-14.
