§523A-62 - Request for delivery or payment of unclaimed property described in judgment; receipts. - Hawaii Statutes

     [§523A-62]  Request for delivery or payment of unclaimed property described in judgment; receipts.  The director of finance shall request delivery or payment of all unclaimed property described in the judgment declaring the right of the State to receive custody of such property.  The request shall be accompanied by a certified copy of said judgment and shall be directed to such officer, agency, or department of the United States as may have custody, possession or control of such property.  The director shall furnish receipts for all property delivered or paid.
