§576E-18 - Contempt; procedure for punishment.
[§576E-18] Contempt; procedure for punishment. In any hearing in a contested case before a hearings officer, any adult who wilfully violates, neglects, or refuses to obey or perform any lawful order of the hearings officer, may be proceeded against in the family court for contempt of court according to law.
