26-104 SEVERABILITY.
BANKS AND BANKING
CHAPTER 1
TITLE AND SCOPE OF ACT
26-104. Severability. If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not effect [affect] other provisions or applications of this act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are severable.
