CHAPTER 1
CEMETERY MAINTENANCE DISTRICT LAW
27-125. Adoption of budget -- Hearing. A board shall adopt a budget and any board with a proposed budget in excess of twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500) shall cause a public hearing to be held upon such budget prior to certifying a tax levy to the board of county commissioners.
