REPURCHASE OF FARM MACHINERY UPON TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

28-23-107. Definition. For the purposes of this act "farm implements" mean every vehicle designed or adapted and used exclusively for agricultural operations and only incidentally operated or used upon the highways and all other consumer products supplied by the wholesaler, manufacturer or distributor of farm implements, machinery, attachments or repair parts to the retailer pursuant to a written contract, sales agreement or security agreement.
