CHAPTER 16
COURSES OF INSTRUCTION
33-1624. rules. [effective until july 1, 2016.] The state department of education is hereby directed to promulgate rules to implement the provisions of this act. Such rules may include a requirement that students successfully complete one (1) or more standardized assessments approved by the state department of education. The department shall work with school districts and public charter schools in developing the rules authorized by this section.
