VOCATIONAL EDUCATION -- FEDERAL AID

33-2209. College is body politic and corporate -- Seal -- Power to sue and be sued. The Eastern Idaho Technical College is hereby declared to be a body politic and corporate, with its own seal and having power to sue and be sued in its own name. The general supervision, government and control of the Eastern Idaho Technical College is vested in the state board for professional-technical education of the state of Idaho.
