VOCATIONAL EDUCATION -- FEDERAL AID

33-2210. Programs and courses offered -- Certificates and degrees. The Eastern Idaho Technical College shall offer and give instruction in professional-technical programs or courses as approved by the state board for professional-technical education. Such courses or programs may be given or conducted on or off campus, or in night school, summer school, or by extension courses. The state board for professional-technical education shall grant certificates or associate of applied science degrees for successful completion of courses or programs prescribed by the college.
