VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION -- FEDERAL AID

33-2307. Care of persons suffering from renal diseases -- Legislative intent. It is the intent of the legislature of Idaho to insure the establishment of a program for the care and treatment of persons suffering from chronic renal diseases. This program shall assist persons suffering from chronic renal diseases who require lifesaving care and treatment for such renal disease, but who are unable to pay for such services on a continuing basis.
