33-422. Appeal. [effective until january 1, 2011] The party against whom a judgment is rendered in cases of an election contest tried in district court may appeal to the supreme court. However, in the event of a trustee election, if the appellant be in possession of the office, such appeal shall not supersede the execution of the judgment of the court.
