38-805. Rejection of claimant’s right -- Disposition of proceeds. The rejection by the probate judge of any claimant’s right to such proceeds is conclusive, unless, within six (6) months thereafter, he commences action therefor. In case no claim is made or sustained to such proceeds, the same must, by the county treasurer, be placed in the common school fund of the county.
