APPROPRIATIONS BY BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT OF UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR

42-504. Separability. Notwithstanding any other evidence of legislative intent, it is hereby declared to be the controlling legislative intent that if any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the act and the application of such provision to persons and circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
