CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
46-1116. Detail or employment of reporters and interpreters. The convening authority of a court-martial shall detail or employ a reporter who shall record the proceedings of the court. The convening authority of a military court may, if he deems it necessary, detail or employ interpreters who shall interpret for the court.
