CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE

46-1165. Failure to obey orders -- Dereliction in duty. Any person subject to this code who, without justifying circumstances:

(1) Violates or fails to obey any lawful order or regulation; or

(2) Is derelict in the performance of his duties,

shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
