STATEWIDE COMMUNICATIONS INTEROPERABILITY

46-1203. Purpose. [EFFECTIVE UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2012] The council will serve as the governing body in affairs of public safety wireless radio interoperable communications for local and private entities. The council will promote interagency cooperation and provide support statewide for efficient and effective use of local and private resources to achieve public safety wireless radio interoperable communications for local and private public safety agencies.
