CHAPTER 12
STATEWIDE COMMUNICATIONS INTEROPERABILITY
46-1209. Chair and vice-chair. [EFFECTIVE UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2012] The governor shall appoint a chair and the council shall elect a vice-chair and other such officers as it may deem necessary and appropriate. The chair has authority and is responsible for all affairs of the council.
