PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES
CHAPTER 17
PHARMACISTS
54-1739. Severability. If any provision of this act is declared unconstitutional or illegal, or the applicability of this act to any person or circumstances is held invalid by a court of compentent [competent] jurisdiction, the constitutionality of [or] legality of the remaining provisions of this act and the application of this act to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect without the invalid provision or application.
