PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTORS

54-1921. Public works contractors license fund -- Appropriation. The state treasurer shall be custodian of a fund, which is hereby created, to be known as the "Public Works Contractors License Fund," into which shall be paid and deposited all funds accruing or received under any and all provisions of this chapter. All moneys from whatever source accruing to or received by said fund are hereby appropriated for the payment of the cost and expense of the administration and enforcement of this chapter, as herein provided. Any moneys remaining in said fund on the last day of each year, as the term "year" is defined in this chapter, shall continue to be appropriated for the purposes of this chapter.
