54-2090. Written office policy required. Each designated broker shall be responsible to adopt and maintain in each office, including branch offices, a written policy which identifies and describes the types of representation in which that brokerage and its associated licensees may engage with any buyer or seller, or both, as a part of that office’s real estate brokerage services.
