COUNSELORS AND THERAPISTS
54-3406. Endorsement. Upon payment of the fee enumerated in this chapter, the board may grant a license to any person who, at the time of application, is licensed or certified as a professional counselor or marriage and family therapist by an agency located in another state [state] and who meets the qualifications established by board rule.
