COSMETICIANS
54-831. Board -- Organization and meetings. The board shall hold a meeting within thirty (30) days after its members are first appointed, and thereafter board meetings shall be held at such times and places as may be decided upon.
The board shall adopt such bylaws as it deems necessary and proper for the conduct of its business. The board shall annually elect a chairman, vice-chairman, and secretary from among its members. A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum.
