PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION
61-215. Salaries of public utilities commissioners. Each member of the public utilities commission shall devote full time to the performance of his/her duties. Commencing on July 1, 2008, the annual salary of members of the public utilities commission shall be ninety-two thousand one hundred sixty-seven dollars ($92,167) and shall be paid from sources set by the legislature.
