62-415. Report of delayed trains -- Notice at stations. Every operator, agent or person in charge of the telegraph station shall post a notice in a conspicuous place in the station or waiting room, and when such telegraph station is connected by telephone with the central telephone exchange in any town or city, he shall promptly notify such central exchange how late the delayed train is running.
