62-416. Report of delayed trains -- Failure to give notice a misdemeanor -- Penalty. Every operator, dispatcher, agent or person in charge of a telegraph station who shall fail, neglect or refuse to post such notice correctly, or to advise such telephone exchange promptly, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each offense.
