(105 ILCS 510/1) (from Ch. 122, par. 407.37)     Sec. 1. In all cases where prior to the effective date of this Act an election was held for members of the board of education of a special charter school district, the validity of such election shall not be affected by whether the election was conducted by the board of education or by a board of election commissioners existing within the district.
