(5 ILCS 175/27‑5)     Sec. 27‑5. Electronic Commerce Security Certification Fund. Fees collected by the Secretary of State under Section 15‑115 of this Act must be deposited into the Electronic Commerce Security Certification Fund, a special fund created in the State treasury. Subject to appropriation, moneys in the Fund shall be used by the Secretary of State for the administration of this Act. (Source: P.A. 91‑58, eff. 7‑1‑99.)
