Chapter 11. Waste

Waste prohibited
Sec. 1. Except as provided in this chapter, waste is prohibited.

Burning natural gas
Sec. 2. An owner or operator of a well producing both oil and
natural gas may burn the natural gas in flares if there is not a market
for the natural gas.
