29B.106 DRUNKEN OR RECKLESS DRIVING. Any person subject to this code who operates any vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, a narcotic, hypnotic or other drug, or any combination of such substances, or in a reckless or wanton manner, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.          Section History: Early Form [C66, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 29B.106] For operating while intoxicated provisions, see chapter 321J
