29B.60 EXECUTION OF SENTENCE -- SUSPENSION OF SENTENCE. Except as provided in sections 29B.20 and 29B.65, a court-martial sentence, unless suspended or deferred, may be ordered executed by the convening authority when approved by the convening authority.
