29C.12 USE OF EXISTING FACILITIES. In carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the governor and the director of the department of public defense, and the executive officers or governing boards of political subdivisions of the state shall utilize, to the maximum extent practicable, the services, equipment, supplies and facilities of existing departments, officers, and agencies of the state and of political subdivisions at their respective levels of responsibility.          Section History: Early Form [C62, § 28A.8; C66, 71, 73, 75, § 29C.8; C77, 79, 81, § 29C.12] Referred to in § 331.381
