30.1 DEFINITIONS. For the purposes of this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Commission" means the Iowa emergency response commission. 2. "Committee" means a local emergency planning committee appointed by the commission. 3. "Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-know Act" means Pub. L.
