36.4 CONFIDENTIALITY AND LIABILITY. The department shall not identify a veteran consenting to the epidemiological investigations pursuant to section 36.3, subsection 3, unless the veteran consents to the release of identity. The statistical information compiled by the department pursuant to section 36.3 is a public record.
