6A.3 CONVEYANCE BY STATE TO FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
When land or any easement therein is condemned by the state for
the use and benefit of the United States, the governor, after the
land has been finally acquired, shall have power to convey, to the
United States, the easement or lands so acquired and all rights of
